Thank you so much for supporting my small, disability‑owned business. Every product is handmade with care, and I want you to feel happy with your order. If something isn’t right, I’ll do my best to make it better.

Refunds may be issued for

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items
  • Lost packages (after confirming with the carrier)

If there is an issue with your order, you have one week to reach out after receiving it for it to be considered. Once approved, refunds are sent back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
